The Keira dress features a twisted strapless bodice that softly scoops at the center of the bust for a universally flattering look. The waistband hits just above the natural waist with delicate gathers. A layer of soft crinoline attached to the hem of the lining creates a slight A-line skirt that hits above the knee.
